At DeLaado, our goal is to ensure your orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition. This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how we handle the delivery of orders placed through our website and mobile application.

2. Service Areas

Currently, DeLaado operates within Raxaul, Bihar. As we expand, we will update our service areas accordingly. Please note that some remote or hard-to-reach locations may not be serviced.

3. Delivery Times

a. Estimated Delivery Window
When placing your order, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as restaurant preparation, traffic conditions, and weather.

b. Peak Hours and Delays
During peak meal times or adverse conditions, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in these circumstances.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on factors like distance, order value, and ongoing promotions. The applicable fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

5. Delivery Partners

DeLaado partners with local Delivery Partners to ensure timely and reliable service. Your delivery details (name, address, phone number) are shared only with the assigned Delivery Partner and Restaurant from which the order is placed for the purpose of completing your order.

6. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order via the DeLaado app or website. Real-time updates will be provided, including when the order is prepared and out for delivery.

7. Failed Deliveries

In the event that a Delivery Partner cannot reach you (due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or your absence at the location), we may attempt to contact you for clarification. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to the Restaurant Partner. Refunds or reshipment will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.
