Content & Platform Guidelines

At DeLaado, operated by Virahi DeLaado Innovations Private Limited, our mission is to create a safe, transparent, and enjoyable hyper-local food and grocery delivery experience. We encourage honest customer feedback, accurate vendor representations, and respectful community conduct across our platforms.

1. Customer Reviews, Ratings & Uploads

• Authentic & Genuine Reviews: Reviews must be based on actual dining or grocery purchase experiences. Fake ratings, paid promotions, or malicious smears are strictly prohibited.
• Relevance: Feedback should focus on food taste, packaging, product freshness, and delivery punctuality. Unrelated promotions, political remarks, or spam will be removed.
• Photo & Media Standards: Photos uploaded to review dishes or report damaged produce must be authentic, clear, and relevant. Photos containing nudity, violence, copyright violations, or unrelated graphics are forbidden.
• Respectful Language: Defamatory language, abusive insults, harassment, or hate speech directed at restaurant staff or delivery riders will not be tolerated.

2. Partner & Vendor Listing Standards

• FSSAI Compliance: All restaurant partners and food vendors must maintain active FSSAI registrations/licenses and uphold prescribed sanitary standards.
• Accurate Product Descriptions: Menu items, portion sizes, ingredients, allergen warnings, veg/non-veg tags, and grocery details must accurately reflect what is delivered.
• Freshness Guarantee: DeTaaza sourcing partners must adhere to strict grading and quality control standards for fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and poultry.

3. Delivery Fleet Conduct

• Professional Etiquette: Delivery partners are expected to treat customers and merchants courteously, follow delivery instructions, and handle orders with utmost care.
• Tamper-Free Deliveries: Breaking seals, opening packages, or tampering with food or grocery bags will lead to immediate deactivation from the platform and potential legal action.

4. Enforcement & Reporting

DeLaado reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content or user account that violates these guidelines. If you notice content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to our team at support@delaado.in.
